Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of HR professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and client requirements.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve complex HR-related inquiries escalated by team members.
- Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in HR service delivery, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous.
