Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
