Your expertise will directly contribute to business scalability while maintaining a positive and productive workplace.

If you are a proactive, people-oriented leader with a knack for problem-solving and a vision for HR innovation, we want to hear from you. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a growing, forward-thinking organization.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards.
  • Lead HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, compensation & benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR accreditations are highly desirable.
