Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Lead HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, compensation & benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR accreditations are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
