Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a fair workplace.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, conducting market analyses to ensure competitive offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a culture of belonging and respect.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a leadership role within the hospitality, retail, or corporate sector.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and drive cultural transformation.
- High emotional intelligence with a passion for people development and workplace well-being.
