Join BERGS Holdings as an HR Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture in our dynamic Bali-based operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about fostering employee satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and Philippine labor standards (with local adaptations for Indonesia).

As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will bridge the gap between management and employees, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance retention and productivity. Your expertise will help maintain a harmonious work environment where both business goals and employee well-being thrive.

Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, this role offers the unique opportunity to work in a tropical paradise while advancing your HR career with a globally minded organization. Whether you're coordinating onboarding, resolving workplace concerns, or analyzing HR metrics, your contributions will directly impact our team’s success.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing team members.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records, databases, and reports, leveraging data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the Indonesian and Philippine contexts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws (with willingness to adapt to Indonesian regulations).
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or recruitment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is advantageous.
