Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing team members.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records, databases, and reports, leveraging data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the Indonesian and Philippine contexts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws (with willingness to adapt to Indonesian regulations).
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or recruitment is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is advantageous.
