Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
