Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
- Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance (Indonesian labor law knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the food industry or FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
