Responsibility

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Design, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international standards.
  • Performance & Compensation Management: Lead the design and administration of performance appraisal systems, salary structures, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformations, with minimal disruption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management and department heads to align HR practices with business needs and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, compensation benchmarks, and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
