Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to attract high-caliber talent.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance Toyota Commonwealthâs reputation as a top employer in Bali.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions to integrate employees smoothly into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and compliance reports.
- Provide HR policy guidance to employees and management, resolving queries and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs and forecast hiring requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) and propose data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and benefits administration.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for diverse roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
