Join Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd as an HR Operations Executive specializing in Learning & Development (L&D) on a contract basis. As part of our HR team, you will support the end-to-end administration, coordination, and reporting of training programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. Your contributions will directly impact employee development, engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and administer all L&D activities, including training schedules, venue bookings, and material preparation.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation in HR systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Develop and distribute training reports, analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in the onboarding process by organizing induction sessions and distributing training materials for new hires.
- Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and e-learning modules.
- Monitor training budgets and process invoices related to L&D initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for performance management and career development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on L&D or training coordination.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
