Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead KPI performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive culture transformation initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Conduct HR analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
