Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead KPI performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive culture transformation initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Conduct HR analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
