Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws (Indonesian labor law knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
