Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Verify and reconcile employee benefits claims, including health insurance, leave, and allowances.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and payroll best practices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee inquiries.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
