Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Verify and reconcile employee benefits claims, including health insurance, leave, and allowances.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and payroll best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee inquiries.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data.
