Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs tailored to employee needs and business goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HRD strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage career pathing and succession planning to ensure long-term talent retention.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering employee training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve HRD strategies.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
