Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs tailored to employee needs and business goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HRD strategies with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage career pathing and succession planning to ensure long-term talent retention.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering employee training programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve HRD strategies.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and corporate compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
