Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews for part-time and full-time roles.
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to a part-time workforce.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance team skills and alignment with company goals.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in workplace culture initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in part-time or flexible work arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
- Experience in the wellness, aesthetics, or service industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
