Based in one of Baliâs most inspiring locationsâwhether itâs the creative hub of Canggu, the cultural center of Ubud, or the bustling business districts of Denpasar or Badungâyouâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful learning experiences. Responsibility
- Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive regional learning strategy aligned with business goals and cultural values.
- Programme Management: Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, department heads, and external vendors to identify learning needs and tailor solutions.
- Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to boost participation in learning programs and measure their impact on performance and retention.
- Content Curation: Develop or source high-quality, engaging learning materials that cater to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Change Management: Lead cultural transformation efforts by embedding learning into the organizationâs DNA.
- Regional Coordination: Ensure consistency and scalability of learning programs across multiple locations in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Educational Background: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Programme Design: Strong expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms (LMS), and blended learning approaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multicultural environments with a deep understanding of regional nuances.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone), and data visualization tools.
