Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to track key metrics like turnover, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training and development programs for staff.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
