Responsibility
- Strategic People Analytics: Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy to identify trends, predict workforce needs, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Employee Experience Optimization: Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity using behavioral science principles.
- Talent Management Innovation: Lead the development of predictive models for hiring, promotion, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives by analyzing resistance points and developing targeted interventions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align people strategies with business goals.
- HR Tech & Tools: Evaluate and implement HR technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to automate processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Reporting & Storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR strategy, or organizational development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt evidence-based HR practices.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
