Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality hair services, including precision cutting, advanced coloring techniques, and bespoke styling for a diverse clientele.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure complete satisfaction with every service.
- Stay updated with the latest global hair trends, techniques, and products to maintain the salon's cutting-edge reputation.
- Mentor and train junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and skill-enhancing work environment.
- Maintain impeccable salon standards, including hygiene, tool sterilization, and workspace organization.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience and drive salon revenue.
- Participate in photoshoots, fashion events, and promotional activities to represent the salon's brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional stylist in a high-end salon or luxury spa.
- Certification from a recognized beauty school or equivalent professional training.
- Proven expertise in advanced hair cutting, coloring (balayage, ombré, foil highlights), and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with international clients.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of hair transformations and creative styles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Passion for continuous learning and a willingness to attend workshops or training sessions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Japanese) are a plus.
