Responsibility
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and skincare consultations, tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty regimens to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, ensuring repeat visits and positive referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a serene and luxurious atmosphere for all guests.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth operations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client benefits and spa revenue.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beautician in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
- Proficient in performing facials, waxing, and other beauty treatments with a focus on client comfort and results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
