Responsibility

- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on post-treatment care and feedback.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Promote clinic services and products through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and aesthetic treatments to provide informed advice.
- Handle administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, beauty consulting, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of skincare products, beauty treatments, and aesthetic services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
