Note: This position is open to candidates with valid work permits or those eligible to work in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Perform high-quality facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask applications, tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Provide a range of beauty services such as waxing, threading, eyebrow shaping, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate them on at-home skincare routines.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in optimal condition.
- Upsell beauty products and services by providing expert advice and demonstrating their benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, remembering preferences, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative and effective treatments.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the salon.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a beautician, preferably in a salon, spa, or luxury beauty setting.
- Proven expertise in facial treatments, skincare analysis, and beauty services (e.g., waxing, threading, makeup).
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Professional appearance and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
