Responsibility
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to maximize results and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless client experiences, from consultation to follow-up care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic treatments and skincare through continuous education and training.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in promoting clinic services and products through upselling and client referrals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing aesthetic treatments, facials, or skincare procedures in a professional setting.
- Valid professional license or certification in aesthetic treatments (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin types, and common dermatological conditions.
- Proficiency in using aesthetic equipment such as microdermabrasion machines, LED therapy devices, and facial steamers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and continuous learning in the aesthetic industry.
