Responsibility
- Lead the origination and execution of structured credit and financing transactions for clients in the metals and mining sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and government entities.
- Structure complex financing solutions, including project finance, commodity-backed lending, and structured credit facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, legal, and product specialists, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the metals and mining finance space.
- Prepare and present high-quality pitch materials, term sheets, and financial models to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and counterparties to optimize deal structures and mitigate risks.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the structured finance team in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structured finance, corporate banking, or investment banking, with a focus on metals and mining.
- Proven track record of originating and executing complex financing transactions.
- Strong understanding of structured credit, project finance, and commodity-backed lending.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and structure innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and clients.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
