Responsibility
- Conduct ethical and Shariah-compliant marketing of takaful products to individuals and businesses in Bali.
- Educate clients on the benefits of takaful, including family protection, health coverage, and investment-linked plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with local communities, expatriates, and businesses to expand the reach of Shariah-compliant financial services.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., MTA’s TBE certification).
- Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sales support and claims assistance.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid TBE (Takaful Basic Examination) certification under the Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant financial products, particularly takaful (Islamic insurance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are a plus).
- Proven sales or advisory experience in financial services, insurance, or related fields (part-time or full-time).
- Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local market, including expatriate communities and business hubs, is highly advantageous.
- Basic digital literacy (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media for client engagement).
- Strong ethical values and commitment to upholding Shariah principles in all professional activities.
