As a Structural Revit Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in developing precise 3D models and BIM (Building Information Modeling) solutions for complex structural projects. Your expertise in Autodesk Revit and multi-disciplinary coordination will drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in our designs.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain highly accurate 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM coordination and clash detection across disciplines.
- Generate and manage construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and quantities from Revit models.
- Optimize Revit families and templates to improve modeling efficiency and standardization.
- Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members on Revit best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve modeling conflicts.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM and Revit advancements to enhance workflows and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D structural modeling, with at least 2 years using Autodesk Revit.
- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or similar clash detection tools).
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes (e.g., AISC, ACI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex modeling scenarios.
- Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit (automation scripting) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a remote, collaborative environment.
