Responsibility
- Develop detailed civil engineering drawings and designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and revise drafting outputs for energy and power projects, including site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Support the integration of sustainable design practices into civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges and optimize project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in civil drafting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Civil Drafter, preferably in energy, power, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) and other drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
