Responsibility
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize output.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and propose sustainable solutions.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for operational consistency.
- Support the deployment of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and local regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production optimization (Assistant Engineer: 1-3 years).
- Proficient in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Aspen Plus) and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
