Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in electrical infrastructure and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on electrical safety and equipment handling.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and conduct risk assessments for electrical hazards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation.
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial electrical standards.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work onsite in Denpasar with occasional travel to other facilities.
