Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibration of equipment to comply with safety and quality standards.
- Replace or repair defective components, including motors, belts, gears, and control panels, with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of all repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and PLC diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
