Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with local and international codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency assessments for new constructions.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Inspect and test electrical installations, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all electrical work.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, renewable energy) and recommend innovations for project enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in high-rise or commercial projects.
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit MEP) and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarms, and emergency power supplies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA 70).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
