Responsibility
- Supervise and manage high-voltage (11KV) electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with Indonesian regulations (PU, PLN, and local standards).
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure adherence to K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) protocols.
- Oversee a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring work quality.
- Prepare and submit electrical schematics, as-built drawings, and compliance documentation to authorities (e.g., PLN, ESDM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, outages, or system failures in commercial/industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align electrical works with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all electrical equipment (transformers, switchgears, panels) meets specification and safety standards.
- Stay updated on Indonesian electrical codes, new technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid Chargeman B0 (11KV) or A4 license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in high-voltage electrical systems, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian electrical regulations, PLN standards, and PU (Public Works) requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and using testing tools (e.g., megger, insulation tester).
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to project locations.
- Certifications in OSHA, K3, or First Aid are highly advantageous.
