Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Lam Research semiconductor equipment at client facilities.
- Diagnose complex technical issues, utilizing schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools to ensure rapid resolution.
- Provide proactive customer support, including training end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and customer support) to improve product reliability and performance.
- Document all service activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, in compliance with company standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for timely equipment repairs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in continuous training to maintain expertise in Lamâs product portfolio.
- Uphold strict safety and quality protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or semiconductor manufacturing support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia (or internationally) as needed.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to work flexible hours, including on-call support for critical issues.
