Responsibility
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement engineering improvements and optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and replacement.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff and operators.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment history, and reliability metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical components.
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
