Responsibility
- Design, develop, and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for industrial automation applications.
- Implement and optimize motion control systems for precision machinery and robotic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing manufacturing processes.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, user manuals, and system specifications.
- Provide on-site support for system commissioning, installation, and client training.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation technology and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC 61131, ISO 13849) and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years for Senior, 0-2 years for Junior) in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Strong knowledge of motion control systems, servo drives, and HMI development.
- Proficiency in ladder logic (LAD), structured text (ST), and function block diagrams (FBD).
- Experience with SCADA systems, industrial networks (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP), and OPC UA.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
