Responsibility
- Lead structural design and coordination for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance project sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale civil/infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Bali's construction regulations and environmental standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
