Responsibility
- Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies in production, logistics, or service delivery processes.
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Utilize data modeling and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena, or Python) to test and validate process changes.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and propose sustainable corrective actions.
- Support the deployment of automation and digital transformation projects to enhance scalability.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting ROI and impact of process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or PMP is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence change across departments.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service industries with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
