Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologies.
- Develop and implement data-driven process improvements, including time-motion studies, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, quality assurance) to standardize workflows and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for operational inefficiencies and propose sustainable corrective actions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and visual management tools (e.g., VSM, SIPOC) to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend automation or technology solutions (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics) to modernize production systems.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates) and present performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in process optimization, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree or PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), 5S, TPM, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena, FlexSim) and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence change across all organizational levels.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
