Responsibility
- Lead and manage the tender and design processes for structural engineering projects.
- Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize structural designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and tender management.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
