As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects. Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of civil and structural engineering projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for assigned projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably in a consulting or project management role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
