In this role, you will conduct field surveys, map fiber optic cable routes, validate ODP points, and prepare technical reports for our FTTH projects. Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys to assess the feasibility of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations.
- Map and document optimal routes for fiber optic cable deployment.
- Validate and verify the placement of Optical Distribution Points (ODPs).
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Identify potential obstacles or challenges in the field and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during surveys.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project managers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FTTH surveys, fiber optic network planning, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and fiber optic technologies.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software (e.g., GPS, GIS, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork across various locations in Bali.
