Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on M&E requirements.
- Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings for M&E systems before implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company policies for all M&E works.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including daily progress logs, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems, providing practical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards before handover.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, preferably in construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, fire protection, and automation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Certifications in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or related fields are a plus.
