Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-saving recommendations to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
- Monitor project expenditures and track cost variations to ensure adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial plans with project goals.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and valuation reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies for cost-related project risks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management (Junior: 1-3 years | Senior: 5+ years).
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar) and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
