Responsibility
- Architect and implement robust validation frameworks for complex system-level integrations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying system bottlenecks and performance optimization opportunities.
- Define test methodologies, test plans, and automation strategies that meet strict quality standards.
- Perform deep-dive failure analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in validation engineering.
- Drive the development of sophisticated diagnostic tools to improve test coverage and execution speed.
- Communicate technical findings and project status to senior leadership to influence product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in system validation, integration, or quality engineering.
- Proven expertise in embedded systems, SoC validation, or high-performance computing environments.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C++, or C for automation.
- Strong background in testing hardware/software interactions and communication protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, I2C).
- Experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol testers.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system-level debugging.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions across global teams.
