Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for AOI systems and industrial automation applications.
- Lead the implementation of machine learning and deep learning models for real-time defect detection and classification.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate vision systems into high-speed production lines.
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient code in C++, Python, or other relevant languages for vision processing.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and refine algorithms to meet strict accuracy and latency requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug vision system issues, ensuring reliability and robustness in industrial environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in computer vision, AI, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine vision, or AOI systems development.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in image processing, pattern recognition, and algorithm optimization.
- Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or embedded vision systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with real-time processing, GPU acceleration (CUDA), and edge computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.
