Responsibility

  • Supervise and lead a team of quality analysts and technicians during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement in real-time.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality defects and drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with Texas Instruments' quality management systems (QMS), industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present shift quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and action plans to management.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with ERP systems, MES, and quality management software (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
