Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of quality analysts and technicians during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement in real-time.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality defects and drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with Texas Instruments' quality management systems (QMS), industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present shift quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and action plans to management.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Experience with ERP systems, MES, and quality management software (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
