Join Twoconnect as a Junior Traffic Management Planner and play a pivotal role in developing compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for projects across New Zealand. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of Bali while contributing to high-impact infrastructure and safety initiatives.
Leveraging RapidPlan software, you’ll manage end-to-end workflows for 15-20 weekly projects, ensuring seamless coordination between portals, internal teams, and stakeholders. Your work will directly enhance road safety, efficiency, and compliance with NZTA standards.

Responsibility
- Develop and submit compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) using RapidPlan for NZ-based projects.
- Manage the full lifecycle of 15-20 weekly TMPs, from drafting to approval and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NZTA standards.
- Monitor and update traffic management portals, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to assess site requirements and propose optimal traffic solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for traffic disruptions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NZ traffic laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Generate reports and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with RapidPlan or similar traffic management software (training provided for the right candidate).
- Basic understanding of NZTA standards, traffic control devices, and road safety principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic CAD tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in traffic management, construction, or infrastructure projects is advantageous but not required.
