Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality haemodialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patientsâ vital signs, dialysis access sites, and overall well-being during treatment.
- Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on renal health, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment logs, and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards in all clinical procedures.
- Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and staff meetings to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renal/haemodialysis nursing (for Senior Staff Nurse) or 1 year (for Staff Nurse).
- Strong knowledge of dialysis machines, vascular access care, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
- Passion for non-profit healthcare and commitment to patient advocacy.
