Responsibility
- Operate and drive the ambulance safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and emergency protocols.
- Transport patients, medical staff, and equipment to and from hospitals, clinics, and emergency scenes.
- Assist medical personnel in loading and unloading patients, including those on stretchers or in wheelchairs.
- Maintain the ambulance in clean, sanitary, and operational condition, including routine vehicle checks and minor maintenance.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and follow dispatch instructions with precision.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during transport, providing reassurance and basic first aid if necessary.
- Document all trips, patient information, and vehicle maintenance logs accurately.
- Adhere to all healthcare and transportation regulations, including infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverâs license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving ambulances or similar emergency vehicles.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Baliâs roads, traffic patterns, and emergency routes.
- Excellent physical fitness to assist in lifting and moving patients.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
