Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including pre-employment screenings, periodic medical examinations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee workplace health and safety programs to comply with local and international occupational health standards.
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses, ensuring timely and appropriate medical intervention.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to manage employee health cases, including referrals, follow-ups, and return-to-work planning.
- Educate employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and ergonomic best practices through workshops, training sessions, and informational materials.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Monitor workplace environments for potential health hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of workplace injuries or illnesses.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing or equivalent; certification in Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) is highly preferred.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational health, general practice, or emergency care.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, workplace safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Proven ability to assess, triage, and manage medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels and deliver health education effectively.
- Proficiency in medical documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
